txswanie Posted May 23, 2010 Share Posted May 23, 2010 Hi, does anyone know what a good quarantine time for ringworm is? Brought Bobby home from the rescue and he had ringworm on his nose. I was furious that they didnt tell me, brand new GP and right away big vets bill and quarantine. (from us and the rabbit) The other GP I was planning to get had to be put on hold. Anyway, the vet said use anti fungal cream and keep him apart till the hair grows back in. It has been 5 weeks and the hair is back but he still scratches a bit. I need to get him a friend, he has been so alone for the last few weeks and I think it time. Would you say 5 weeks is enough time?
