Tracy Howes Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 Spec has been broody now for over 3 weeks - I've checked her over and i'm pretty sure she is broody and not ill. I've limited her access to the nest box, but she's back in there at the 1st opportunity. I've found broken eggs, which i think are being caused by 2 hens trying to be in the nest box at the same time! My main problem is that i'm going on holiday in 1 week, and my neighbours will be caring for the girls whilst we're away. I really need her to snap out it before we go.
