Growing fruit to make jam can be great fun, but growing for showing can be addictive, especially when one is awarded 20/20 by the judge and wins first prize! Although I also won the first prize for my lemon curd at the last Ewell Horticultural show as well, I did drop a point and I am hoping that using my own eggs will make the difference next year! If this keep up Johannes will be wanting another jar.
