Steph101
When I let my chickens out this morning, In noticed George, our oldest Omlet girl, had bright yellow stuff matted around her 'frilly knickers' area; as I watched her, it was squirting everywhere as she was walking round. I checked the droppings tray - bright yellow liquid everywhere! What do you think it is?
Chucky Mama
Could it be yolk?
Steph101
No, it definitely isn't yolk. Looks more like bright yellow flourescent paint. Does anyone have any ideas?
Chucky Mama
Steph, If she is still passing this yellow poo it could be gastro enteritis or similar. If you haven't wormed with Flubenvet in the last 4 months that would be worth considering. If she is unwell with it it would be worth investigating. There is an article[*Here*] that is worth checking out also.
Steph101
I did worm with Flubenvet a couple of months ago, but thank you for your reply.
Steph101
Hi - just looked at the article - those droppings are different to the ones that George is producing - hers are BRIGHT yellow, and more liquid.
