i have a broody hen shes a hybrid and i thought the didnt go broody .

im thinking about popping some eggs under her ,but how long should i leave it to be sure she will sit .

she has been in the nest box for 3 days now when you open the hatch she fluffs up and growls at me like a dog when ive kicked her out she has stood on the the steps banging at the door to get back in so im pretty sure shes broody .

any advice ???

Are you prepared or have a plan for if you hatch boys?

yeah ive hatched before but from my incy ive never done it with a broody before
