Unsecure chicken perches

They look just like my ducklings..nearly there.

 

I released mine back to the wild yesterday but they returned in the evening to go to bed! So they are now in for their second night. The wild mallards gave them a hard time yesterday, but am hoping they will go off eventually.

 

Quite sad really they tried to stick with another mother with similar size ducklings but she wasnt having any imposters joining her crew!

it must have been so sad to see them go but great that they came back for the night hope all goes well for them, i know how upset i will be when most of mine are rehomed, just waiting to tell sexes, but i am keeping the little yellow one whatever the sex and poss another one to

What real cuties - it's amazing how quickly they grow. I remember watching mine last year and you would swear when you opened the house in morning they were different ducks

thats exactley what i think i cannot believe the difference over night, wish they would slow down most of them are being rehomed once i can sex them
