Unsecure chicken perches

the mom had some chicks 6weeks ago, put her back with the others yesterday but she's getting bullied by 1, non stop pecking and getting attacked, she was soo scared, ive now taken out the bully,

 

what should I do now?

how long should I leave her out??

what's the best thing to do?

mark, if you click on your user name and then click on 'find posts by user' you can find all your previous posts. Hope that helps, along with the advice I gave you

 

**ETA** sorry it says 'search users posts' on the right hand side after you click on your name.

...also, at the top of the screen there is a link 'view your posts' that'll work too.

i put her back with the other chickens today, only a few little pecks, but when it started going dark she wouldnt let the mom go in the house to sleep, so ive took her back out and ill try again tomorrow, but shes getting alot better!!!

 

is this normal btw?

chickens have a pecking order, if you seperate one then they have to re-establish the pecking order when you re-introduce them. They have to sort out who's in charge.
