They were not in the run so I peeped into the eglu and there was Phoebe sitting in the nest box and Elspeth sitting on top of her After a few minutes Elspeth came out and started mooching around. I looked back inside just in time to see Phoebe stand up and lay her After 5 minutes she came out and I collected the egg. Then Elspeth went inside and I saw her lay her too! That is the first time I have actually seen them lay, but the best bit was watching them arguing over who was allowed to use the nest box first Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
