WarrensWorld Posted August 26, 2010 Share Posted August 26, 2010 How many times have you phoned a company just to have an automated voice say, "your call is important to us, please leave your phone number and we will get straight back to you". Then you email them with the same request and you get, "we have received your email and will be answered forthwith"..... Well we had one of those, we emailed them several days ago this morning we received a reply, it went something like this (I was angry and deleted the email) "Unfortunately we don't have that model in stock, and we don't know if any more have been ordered. We had some XYZ models, sorry we couldn't help..... I replied "Thank you for for your delayed response I've purchased same from the UK 25% cheaper than your list price".
