Help my cockerel has stopped crowing

I have a beautiful trio of 1 year old Naked Necks, I purchased them about three weeks ago and since then they have been treated with Baytril for a respiratory infection and seemed to have recovered, but my cockerel has stopped crowing and they are all very quiet, eating ok and lively but very quiet.

Has anyone any ideas what I should do next, I'm really very concerned about them, do you think I should treat them with Flubenvet in case they have some sort of throat parasite?.. they are a tiny bit squeaky, but as I havent had this breed before I'm wondering if its something Naked Necks are like..Thanks for any advice.. :?
