sandyhas3chucks
I have said this before but please be aware that 1. these sometimes are faulty from the start. 2. They do fail. the GOOD NEWS is that Concept research are excellent at no quibble changing/repairing. My first one drove ME nuts with the high pitch noise (you should NOT here this!) The 2nd one (Long garden) purchased months later was ok, until it decided to sound like a mini machine gun when triggered. Both were replaced. some time later and they are faulty again. this ine just failed to do anything.... but this us what I have just received We have today received your Foxwatch unit back from our Service Department. They have replaced the speaker, lens and switch and have confirmed that the unit is working normally. Your unit is on its way back to you and should you have any further queries or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us either by email or telephone. chicken bark
Sounds like good customer service. A shame the product seems prone to faults though.
