Its actaull quite easy but there are a couple of bits of kit i needed to make. it tastes fan... tastic. maybe a little strong in alcohol so cant drink too many in 1 go but will be great for christmas! I dont grow my own but there is a river walk in windsor near me that has plenty growing wild. I dont know the variety but i may use some as an experiment!
