Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

My neighbor has just got 4 ex bats.

 

one of them is in a worse state than the others and is being picked on and having her feathers pulled out.

Today my neighbor asked me to come round and look at her as her face has gone yellow, mainly around her eyes.

her combs slighty red,eyes are bright and she generally seems ok.But shes the only one not laying.

 

Any idea whats wrong with her???,

If she isn't laying, it could just be that sat the pigments are building up again in her body. When she starts laying again, they will gradually fade.
