Charlottechicken
I got a bargain one for 50p a week ago and just realised it's turning, so need to do something with it. I haven't got time today so wondered if it was OK to take the flesh out and freeze raw. I'm thinking it should be OK as it's a vegetable
Charlottechicken
Just found the answer to my own question on a blog by a Canadian nutritionist. Yes, you can freeze pumpkin flesh for up to 4 months! Phew!
