chickenopolis Posted November 27, 2010 Share Posted November 27, 2010 Whilst having clear up in the garden, the two girls decided to go into next door's garden by way of crawling under the hedge. I saw them both go through, I screamed for OH, I went running round the front of the house to retrieve them. Gloria who HATES being picked up, was the one that was not going back under the hedge, so I managed to grab her, and cluch her tightly to me. Flo went back under the hedge and then wandered round the garden like "what me....no I haven't been anywhere". I put Gloria back down in the garden and apologised for chicken handling her, but she made a run for the run and cube and decided to stand at the back of the run, all puffed up and closing her eyes. I checked her when I put her down she seemed OK and now I am panicing that I hurt her. Then Flo started doing the same action! OH was far more sensible and said that they probably both went out of their own world and were a bit shocked and went to their place of safety, this being the back of the run under the Cube. I have since tempted them out with some mealworms (although to start with she would take them from me, only OH was allowed to be near her and feed her... ) and cut up grapes. It's been about 15 minutes since they were back the garden and they seem OK, free-ranging in the garden as usual. Are they just diva's????
