Sammiboo
i moved in my current house back in 2007. I loved it the moment i saw it!!! Despite there being cat hair and scratches all over the funiture But i have to agree about the de-clutter. When we sold the previous house its was snapped up within a week, we stuck to neutral colours and nothing too personal about the place. Then in the 6 months it took to complete it went back to being a home!! Good luck with the sale. Ive said to my OH when we move again it will be for the last time so we need a place that can house all the animals i want

Olly
eek, that sounds scary! My house is on a main road, and I nearly didn't go and view it because of that, and when I got there I thought 'don't like the look of this much, but it would be rude not to go in as I've got an appointment'. I stepped through the front door and fell in love - sold on the kitchen and garden. It's just a matter of finding someone who feels their lifestyle matches your house, and the more neutral you make it, the higher the chances. good luck with the boss ...
