I thought i'd start my post now in anticipantion for Sunday when it will be complete!:)

Its been abit of a journey to get to this stage!

First i had to sell my shed & clear its contents. It took much longer to dismantle than anticipated.

Now the shed has gone :) my pannels were cut and screwed by a carpenter who happened to be doing some benches at work

Last week in the rain i stapled half the pannels but then gave up because i was cold, wet & the staple gun broke!

Sunday my friend is coming to help me assemble the run :) i have more stapling to do saturday in preperation!:)

There was more exciting news last weekend :) my GNRGNRGNRGNR ex bat girls arrived!:) they are lovely but havent worked out where bed is or where to lay there eggs yet but they are getting there! after 2 days they were using the glug!:)

So i have a few q's the girls will be in a run 240cm x 160cm for 6 of them, is this too small? i am thinking can i utilise the fact that the run is in a corner and use the fence as one side? which would mean i could extend the slabs & make a bigger run :) they will also have a small free range area approx the same size again.

I have a cube with 4 mtre run X 1 mtre. The cube train and 5 GNR girls. With the run extentions they say I can have 10 girls but I think it would be cramped. I also let my reap havock in my garden when I can. I would be careful using the fence panel as Mr and Mrs Fox can if they are hungry dig under of tear through it.
