wuckyduckspenno
Hi all, I am a bit worried about one of my MSAs. We had been getting 2 eggs per day for about 3 weeks and then we believe we interrupted her during laying as ever since we have only had 1 egg per day between the 2 ladies. They both still come out of their house every day and the only real difference in Daisy is that she is a bit squeaky quacky and she puffs her feathers right out. Is it possible she has a stuck egg? Or is the laying just a bit irregular in the early days? are the behaviours she displays signs of a stuck egg? They have been in their run so I know they have not laid anywhere else in the garden. Hopefully someone can help - if it is a stuck egg then how can I tell when I hold her? What can I do to help her? Many thanks in advance Wuckyduck
miller30
Hi it sounds like she has gone broody the way she puffs up when you go near they stop laying as well leanne
wuckyduckspenno
Yay - thank you soooo much, Leanne! I feel so relieved as I had been so worried that I could lose one. Can't wait until I get used to all of their little ways!
