Heidi-Hi
Hi all I am on day 3 of worming. This is the 4th time I am worming, and it is the first time they don't want to eat the Garvo with Flub on it. I am being so mean, and won't let them out of the run for a run around, but they are just not eating it. (Which also means egg production is down to one egg out of 9 girls ) I know it says 7 days on the tin, but can I just keep giving the flub'ed pellets till they have eaten it all, even if it takes them two weeks ? Stedic
Funny you mention it, I've been using the Marriage's Flubenvet pellets the last few times I've wormed mine, previously they've gobbled them up, but this time they're barely touching them. Its the last weeks treatment from a 20kg bag - do you think the Flub degrades over time or in sunlight and starts tasting odd? Or just awkward chickens in spring? I've got a poorly girl so don't want her going hungry, had to switch to Verm-X for a little while.
Chucky Mama
Interesting there is another person with the same problem here.*click* Maybe this is something we need to monitor in case there have been any changes made to Flubenvet recently and there is an issue with the palatability .
