kittyl Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 Bibble seems to be limping slightly, my son thinks she has loose scales & a slightly puffy foot. I'm hoping its just a symptom of sitting for so long & will now clear up. She was ok before she started sitting & I diatomed all round the box & nest. Its always hard to check those feathery Pekin feet, & I havent wanted to upset her or the chicks, but today they're 2 days old so I'll try & check her over properly. If I suspect she has mites or lice what could I treat her with when the chicks are so close.
