Hi, I have 2 warrens that are 18 weeks, they are not laying yet and I have had them for 4 weeks. I have fell in love with them and would like 2 more, maybe 2 bluebells but I am worried about what will happen if I add 2 more.

Mine are very quiet, you wouldn't know we had chickens. The thing is my house is semi detached so I have to consider my neighbours.

What will happen if I add 2 more? Will all hell break loose?

I don't know if I'm being greedy and I should be satisfied with the girls I have, that are happy, have lots of room to run around and are settled.

hi, welcome to the forum. Personally i think if you want a couple more hens i would do it now rather than a later date. i am sure if you introduce 2 more it should be ok. if you have the room then go for it. having just the 2 hens can be difficult as if you lost one then the other is on its own and you would have to get more anyway! Be prepared for a few fireworks when you get them but give it a couple of weeks and they soon settle. if you look on the faq section on the forum there is some good advice on intros. good luck, we have all been there with wanting more hens, it never goes away i'm afraid!!
