GeorgieB
As well as Essex/Suffolk area tomorrow (5th June), there are not yet enough homes available for all of the lucky hens that could be rescued in the following areas- Norfolk - tomorrow (5th June) Bristol - 8th June West Midlands (Allesley) 11th June Devon - 12th June Northamptonshire - 12th June South Wales (Gwernogle) - 15th June Kent - 19th June So if you are in any of these areas, or know of anyone who might like to adopt some of these girls please get in touch with the BHWT. BHWT Hen Central contact details can be found here, and there's lots of info about adopting and caring for your ex-batts on their website too, if you want to read up:- http://www.bhwt.org.uk/cms/contact-us/ If you would like to adopt some girls, rules and regs mean you must register with BHWT before they can add you to their list. They cannot hand girls over to anyone who just shows up! Actual times will be confirmed by BHWT when you contact them. It's a really wonderful and rewarding experience to see them blossom into the beautiful girls they were meant to be. So come on people, give these lovely ladies a chance of happiness!
