squiffs
One of my chooks is pooing runny mustard looking droppings - I thought at first it was from the move and the fact we went a little overboard on treats the first couple of days - but since getting them into a routine and feeding them only layers pellets in the day and only allowing one bowl of mealworms for them in the late afternoon I thought they'd firm up and go a more... healthy colour. She's healthy and happy in all other respects, but won't let us pick her up to check her over, and the other chook who is laying eggs has normal poo (unless she eats slugs). Is this a sign she may come in to lay soon or is it something I need to worry a bit about? EDIT: It does appear like caecal (sp) droppings but she's doing them more often than not and at a far higher volume than the layer.
