tracyann
Just curious, I've been told that Wheaton Marans are quite rare and wondered whether anyone else on the forum has them or Welsummers?? My first proper pure breed chickens and I'm looking forward to seeing them develop over the next few weeks/months. Do they make good Mums? When can I expect them to go broody??? All these questions!!!
Goosey Lucy
I have two Welsummers, lovely ladies, no signs of broodinesss so far (touch wood) and they are 2 and a bit years old, I've had them for over a year. Are yours young girls?
