How can I find my old pictures?

Hello Everyone

I am thinking of moving our Eglu which in a permanent spot at the back of our garden to have a nice big fire in that spot in order to sanitize the area. I regularly clean the place and sanitize it with pet desinfectant but would like to give it a thorough clean. After a good couple of days, I would like to put the Eglu back in the same place. The Eglu and run are on dirt and stones.

What do you think? Has anyone got any experience doing this already?

I use Stalosan F and powdered garden lime .

Thanks for that. I also use Stalosan but was keen to give the area a really thorough clean - i possibly did it last about a year ago. What does garden lime do?

It neutralises the pH of the soil ("sweetens" it) as chicken poo is acidic and it removes smells too. I think it might have anti-bacterial qualities as well.

I remember my grand-dad who used to have LOTS of chickens used lime. One more question: what's the difference between Stalosan and garden lime? Why do you use both?

Here's a description of what Stalosan does . I think using both is a good idea (garden lime is so cheap it makes sense to use it as well).
