Just heard on the news that they have a vaccine for malaria, it has taken 30 yrs of work, i really hope they keep it cheap so the third world countries that need it can afford to buy it.

Dying from malaria is not nice and it is usually the children that die first.

That's wonderful news - I wonder if this is anything to do with the Bill Gates foundation, they have put a lot of money into research/vaccination but I don't know if it was specifically malaria. This could have an immense impact on life in many parts of the world - malaria kills thousands of children every year.

Yes Olly it was part of the Bill Gates foundation i was reading about it in the medical press, amazing what a constant flow of money can do in medical research, i just hope they make it affordable so everyone that needs it can benifit from it .
