snailsandchickens
Ok so we have two ducklings that at the moment are (bless them) stinking out my utility room! I clean them out each day but the set up I have is a funny one we have a Belfast sink in there so I have fashioned a box some would and yes sticky tape into a indoor run. We are heaving the wood delivered on Monday as well as the wire for the run the house is built as it was six weeks ago hehe I was excited they are getting quite big now as you can imagine, so when do you think they should be out in the run and should I put them on straw or keep them on shavings for better warmth there is no heating in the run house we are in Pembrokeshire it is not cold. What do you think? Sorry for the gabbling tehe
miller30
I put ducklings out at 6 weeks old and use shavings for the bedding if we ever get any summer you could put them out in a secure pen for a couple of hours in the sun and then take them back in leanne
snailsandchickens
Um ok we put them out first night in a secure run I have put loads of shavings in and shut up the door and put their food inside as their box disintegrated and we have no other box really hope they are ok :0/
