snailsandchickens
I think we have one of each what do you think??? Ok pictures will follow shortly but they are on my phone at the moment and I am on the laptop At first I had my suspicions one seemed bigger than the other, now they are twelve weeks old and have maulted too which was strange didnt think they maulted yet One has got a rather blue kind of beak and has a green tinge to the head also has different feathers on the bottom a lot more spotty than the other duck !?! So me gets thinking that they might be a male and female? which gives me another question can fertilised eggs be used as normal eggs?? I dont mind having ducklings again as long as the mother looks after them hehe and not me in my utility room I will now try to get the pictures up for you all to see
miller30
What breed are they? and the moulting of baby feathers is nothing to worry about and yes you can still eat the eggs as normal when you have a drake just collect them every day leanne
