Key Lime pie recipe needed

No problem Karin, I hope you like it !

 

BASE:

Melt 2 1/2 oz unsalted butter and stir in 6 oz crushed ginger nuts. Lightly press into the bottom of a flan case.

 

TOPPING:

Whisk juice of 4 limes with 1/2 pint double cream and 7 oz condensed milk for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the zest of the limes.

 

Pour topping onto the base and chill for 1 - 2 hours.
