Adams Egg Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Hi We have 3 nine week old chicks who have been living outdoors with their broody since they hatched in August and all are on growers. Assuming that at some point they are going to need worming can we feed them some medicated layers pellets for seven days and then swap them back to growers, if so when? That sort of leads to another question on introducing the broody and her female chick back to the main flock, when is best to do that?
