Bramble
I've just had an email from Amazon confirming my order for two Kindle books (total £10.49) which I haven't ordered (I do have a Kindle and the Kindle reading app). I've obviously emailed Amazon to query this (bit concerned my account might have been hacked) - it isn't a spam email as I've checked my Amazon account and the order is there (I didn't click the link in the email, just in case it was spam) - Has this happened to anyone else? Saronne
No, hasn't happened to me, but you can go to your kindle library and cancel the order and get a full refund. I've ordered and then changed my mind. Cancelling/getting a refund for a Kindle book is really easy. Just use the drop down menu thingy. I would do that first and then phone them with your query about possible inappropriate use of account. - they will phone you back if their line's engaged. Good luck!
