Balding girls = worried me!

Hi all,

 

I have 5 girls that are all balding in the same places. Please see the photobucket link below.

 

Their bellies are bald, red and look sore and they are all bald just above their tail feathers which looks very dry. I have checked them all thoroughly for lice/mites but can find nothing. I'm really at my wits end and just want them to be happy and healthy. All seem quite happy and are laying better than ever.
