What no eggs!?

Recommended Posts

Out of my four girls only two are laying ,My lovely oldie Clover miss Pepperpot of nearly three laying large eggs every other day and Annie a black star my new girl of about 25 weeks who is laying every day with out fail.

The other two my two gingers ...

Rosie who I have had over a year has had problems with her soft eggs etc a few weeks ago , and then they came perfect after lime stone flour added has not laid now for nearly 3 weeks and Bonnie my newby the same age as Annie about 25 weeks has not laid for a week.

They are all well and doing chickeny things been wormed a month ago ,no sign of mites etc., Bonnie has developed a poopy bum but not Rosie.

"Ooops, word censored!"ody is being bullied as far as I can see and no feather loss.

I have cut down on their treats and just having their pellets in the day and mashed with yogurt as treats with a few leaves of spinach thrown about about twice a day .

Am I being silly as it has never happened before and it seems the wrong time of year to decide not to lay and bonny has only been laying for a couple of months but Rosie has always been a bit of a baby and always an outsider and can never quite keep up and falls a sleep a lot ,so not the strongest of girls I always feel she won't live to a ripe old age (probably last the longest ).

Anything else I can do or any more causes please .

P.S.Is it possible for Rosie to stop laying altogether at such a young age?
