Any advice for flaky skin on chicken?

Noticed Henrietta scratching at her neck area so picked her up for a check and she has some yellowish flaky skin on her neck and on her head. The areas don't have as many feathers as usual and the skin looks really dry although there are new feathers coming through. I have seen the white flaky feather shafts before but not this dry skin.

 

Any ideas?

 

I have treated her with mite spray just in case and have checked the others and cube but no-one else has it.
