Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Yesterday as I was tempting my free range chickens back into their eglu I noticed one of the three twist their leg. Since then she has been limping. I can not see anything wrong with her leg. Should I keep her in the eglu or let her walk on it?

It's probably just a sprain - if she's walking on it, I'd let her carry on, she will probably decide herself to rest if it's too painful.

 

I've had hens do this and look as if they're crippled, only to find them bouncing around the next day. Keep an eye on her, just to make sure it is getting better, though.

Thanks. It remained bad a week later, with her unable to put much weight on it so she saw a vet he said it was swollen but should mend and today she is at last walking almost normally, back to her cheeky self.
