Got a new green winter weight cover on order, but was wondering whether anyone had any top tips for how/ whether to clean the lichen and mildew off the existing one? No holes in it yet, so would like to prolong its life as long as possible...

I'd probably stick it in the washing machine! Possibly with a little bleach?
