Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

How far do I dismantle my Cube in cleaning process? The top and back dismantle easily. Do I need to unscrew everything to reach any nasties lurking, or is this needed just occasionally.

I've had my since 2010 and have only completely dismantled once and that was because we were moving in 2011. I did give it a thorough clean then. I just usually push the top back, remove the partition, roosting bars, pull out the trays out to empty dust with red mite and louse powder. I also add red mite powder and louse powder to the clean bedding. In the summer I spray with insect spray befor I start. Once a year I take the roof off and give it a good wash in a recomended wash, I Can't rember what it's called off hand . So far I've been mite free.
