Hen Watch
Sorry to hear you lost Gloria today. I have 4 medium hybrid chickens in an eglu (mark 2) and a standard run with one converter on the end. We replaced one that died. After 8 days of pecking order (not nice) they all get along fine now. But I did resort to putting the new girl in the childrens wendy shed during the daytime when I was out as she was being picked on. Then popped her in through the egg port at night. AJuff
I have five hens in my eglu 3 older girls and two littlies. They have lots of space in the eglu as they all squash up together at night leaving half the eglu empty! I did buy a run extension to give them extra space on a morning before I got up to let them out.
