Does anyone have experience of/knowledge of appealing to a Tribunal after a refusal to pay benefits?

 

I've got a friend who's lodged an appeal, don't want to go public with the details on this but if anyone could PM me or direct me to any useful websites I'd be very grateful.

What about Citizens Advice Bureau. Also if person has condition with ' label ' eg MS then the local support group may have someone who can help. Also when applying they may have used Social Worker or Therapist they may be able to help. I remember hearing that very often people were successful when they appealed decision initially given.
