savena5630 Posted April 7, 2016 Share Posted April 7, 2016 Two of my older bantam girls have died within the space of a few weeks, leaving little Priscilla alone and lonely!!! Does anyone have any ideas about an older hen sanctuary so to speak, or does anyone have any ideas? Am hesitant to bring any new hens in. Thanks!!! The first time Boo was left as a lone chicken she clearly got depressed after 3 days - she wouldn't come out of the eglu. The second time she was left as a lone chicken (she out survived 2 new companions) she was fine on her own. They are flock animals but they're all different.
