Guest Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 i know that strictly speaking this should be in the recipe section, but can anyone tell me if and apricot glaze would be ok to hold some nuts on top of my christmas cake?? or in other words can i melt some apricot jam and slap it on? Guest Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 You can do it that way, but remember to add a little bit of water - otherwise it will set solid.
