Can you treat with Baytril and Coxoid at the same time?

We think one of our young chickens (8 months) has coccidiosis and have treated their water with coxoid... we're just wondering if we can give her Baytril at the same time? Just incase it's actually bacterial..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
