Ain't Nobody Here
Sadly (as it proves how many supermarkets there are out there ) I have the choice of: Morrisons - 1 mile Waitrose - 2 miles 2 M&S food shops - 2 & 5 miles Tesco - 3 miles Sainsburys - 5 miles and a Co-op on the way to work . M&S and Waitrose - pricey and not a huge range but what they do is good quality. Morrisons - only go for basics or a quick shop. Cheap but a bit common. Tesco - usually my main shop but am listening to advice from you good people and will do my best to avoid going there in future Sainsburys - good range & cheaper than Waitrose & M&S but furthest away Co-op - nip in for essentials occasionally (bit of a rough area so don't open my gob!) Often my choice depends on other factors - where I'm on the way to or if I need petrol but I prefer Sainsburys for a big shop and Waitrose for a treat. Sorry, that's probably very boring to read. missuscluck
Aldi is great for cirtain things. I love the aloe vera loo roll My cat likes the cat food pouches and the ice cream is nice. Just had a look at the ocado web site. It looks good. Im always a bit worried about on line grocery shopping though. It seems a bit lazy and I kind of like to pick what Im having. What are they like for service and quality of what you get? Looks like Tesco is the big baddy, knew that anyway! M and S and sainsburys a step up and co op and waitrose better again. No comments about Asda or Morrisons ethics.... Think it will have to be Sainsburys and waitrose for the general stuff.
