Sharon66 Posted September 8, 2023 Share Posted September 8, 2023 Earlier this evening I closed the door to my coop. I caught our bantams head between the door and frame, she was very distressed. At the moment she is still alive but very sore. It's my lottke girls hen I am so worried. I have had chickens for 30 years and never done anything like this. Beantree Posted September 11, 2023 Share Posted September 11, 2023 Can you see any physical injury? Is she able to move her beak? Was there any blood? Any swelling? Was she knocked out? Any damage to her neck? Any lost feathers? She may have a dislocated jaw or have a fractured skull. No idea based on the information given so far.
