TAJ
Here they are - on top of the omlet run altogether and close ups in action. Taken today - they have been with us 20 days, first egg yesterday and another one today. Tracy

TAJ
Well this light sussex sat on the ground for three days being very noisy because the other two were up there in she couldn't do - and then a day later she was the first one to fly over the netting from the top of the run - perhaps I was too careful with the wing clipping and haven't taken off enough. TAJ
Yes our Rye is a pure breed - but I understand egg wise they are one of the highest layer as a pure breed 260 eggs per year apparently. She is the most flappy chicken of the three - gets worried if she is not with the others, but she took time to work out how to use the door at the end of the run, jump on the run etc - but I have never seen her pecked or chased by the other two and I have never seen her attack them.
