I bought a 12' x 9' walk-in run, delivered only last week. Discount code was not applicable to walk-in runs. Now I see there's a 20% Black Friday discount on the run, knocking around £200 off. I know Omlet is a business, but it really would've been nice if maybe someone there had said to wait a few days. I probably still would've paid out the near £1k cost, by buying a few add-ons. Grrr.

Ask for the discount retrospectively.  I did last year and was given it in similar circumstances.

Request for a discount was refused. Very disappointed with Omlet, and will look elsewhere for any further goodies for my hens.

I'm delighted to report that Omlet has now applied the Black Friday discount as a good will gesture, for which I am really grateful. I'll look to see what other goodies Omlet has that the hens might appreciate. Thank you Omlet. 😊

Lots of swearing going on while putting up the 12' x 9' walk-in run on slightly uneven ground, but it's almost complete. Definitely a two-person task!
