leopardstar
I've got two plymouth rock bantums and two pekins. We've had them for three months over the winter and with moving them regularly the grass still looks good. In the last two weeks the plymouth rock have really started straching up the grass and making big holes which my hubbie is not happy about. Any ideas why they've started this now? Flo
Looking for worms or trying to dust bath? My two love to dig and their run is full of holes where they dust bath. Do you have a container you could fill and put in for them to use?
Hen Watch
Mine have been doing this last few weeks. My lot do it when the lawn is very boggy and they scratch for worms. Takes them only a few mins to destroy a large area, so on days when we get persistant drizzle that keeps the lawn soaked I actually lock the girls in their run.
