I've made quite a few tagines in the past but have just seen the Hairy Bikers make a 'Kefta Tagine' on Saturday kitchen and it looked really yummy and a good way to use up some eggs.

 

Found the recipe on the web and am going to try it tomorrow, here you go

Sounds lovely, how did it turn out? I've never used a tagine, does an ordinary casserole dish work just as well.

not tried it yet as things are a little hectic round here at the mo but i will be making it when time allows, if anyone makes it in the meantime, I expect a full report!
