Headache, achy bones, achy chest full of rubbish, ah well, just look out the window for a mo... ...dappled sunlight falling on a green oasis of calm. Fluffy feathery knickers busy scratching and hoping for a tasty treat. Small green shoots appearing from a warming soil, full of promise of tasty treats for me. Two small furries fast asleep, dreaming of mice to catch... ...thinking about it, there's more to life than the hustle and bustle... Lisa (new chook mum to the Staffs Lasses.. Me and DH sat in the garden yesterday while it was raining just to watch the girls...we didn't even bother to get coats on Hope you feel better soon! I believe in life that as one door closes another one opens so don't worry re the job front? I take pleasure from the good things in life too like chicken watching, collecting eggs from my chooks and the miracle of growth! I really hope you feel better soon, sending digi-hugs. Opend the egg port and there they all are, snug as a bug! Got rewarded with little soft noises when I stroked them, aaaaaaah! Makes my heart sing. BTW also have two v.cute cats who are also the apple of their mum eye, and a gorgeous hubbie-to-be. Blow the job and the virus - am a lucky lady! Lisa Mum to 'the Staffs Lasses'...
