3 and a half weeks on, how hot should it be?

My chicks are now 3 and a half weeks old, what temperature should it now be in the brooder & what are the best ways to slowly & gradually get them off heat? They are now in an indoor extra large rabbit cage & are loving all the space to run around in. They have grown so much!
